Job Description


We are seeking a Junior Level Psychologist and a Behavioural Therapist for work with our mental health clients for our growing organisation. Experience will be well regarded. You will be giving personalized care for our clients living with a disability, enabling them to participate in society and carry out their daily tasks, whilst ensuring that their environment is clean and tidy and that they are able to use their abilities to the full, engaging and participating in the community. Above Award for the right person.

The Role


We are offering Casual employment with the opportunity to become permanent. The successful candidate will need to be flexible to work with a wide range of people living with disabilities and to have a passion for social inclusion for people with complex issues. 



  • Helping them to engage and participate with the community. 

  • Minor Household tasks.

  • Helping with grooming such as showering and dressing. 

  • Helping with cooking, shopping and catching public transport and assisting them to appointments. 


Qualifications & experience



  • Certificate IV (4) will be highly regarded, as will qualifications or studies in the caring professions.

  • Understanding and commitment to the Disability Standards and WHS;

  • Understanding of human rights and the challenges facing those with a disability. 

  • Valid First Aid Certificate;

  • Valid Working with Children Check

  • Driver's Licence (full)

  • Own vehicle

  • Must have excellent communication and people skills

  • Must have at least one year experience in the industry. 

  • Police Check (National Police Certificate) or the ability to obtain one.

  • Resident in with the right to work in Australia
