Note: Coominya is a town and locality in the Somerset Region in South East Queensland, Australia. The town is located 83 kilometres (52 mi) west of Brisbane. Accommodation available in caravan parks, rental houses in Coominya or nearby towns, or BYO mobile accommodation.

The Greenmountain Group of businesses is Australia's largest family-owned and operated vertically integrated beef and veal production and processing operation. Greenmountain specialises in growing and sourcing naturally bred, naturally fed beef and veal to be processed at our modern export food processing establishment at Coominya in the Lockyer Valley of south-east Queensland.

• People leadership, Warehousing, Food Safety Quality Assurance, Administration, HR & Safety Management, Livestock and Farm management, Boning, Slaughtering.

THE ROLES

The company has several entry level roles available inside of its slaughter floor, boning room, and load out operations for both males and females. The roles available are as follows; Beef packing, On-floor computer operating, entry level knife hand jobs, entry level slaughter jobs.

Successful candidates are hired as full-time employees across a Monday to Friday dayshift. Operations commence at 05:45 and end at 14:45, although there is overtime available most days. As an individual's employment progresses there are opportunities for career development through on-site TAFE training and internal training programs.Prior experience is not essential.
