Our company operates in a niche part of the industry, servicing specific clients such as various Police departments, Security, Department of Agriculture and Fisheries and many more. We provide a wide range of products such a bags, eyewear, safety equipment, gloves, belts, clothing, boots, ID holders and wallets, vests, and many other accessories that these departments use daily.

THE ROLE

This position has been created due to growth and the successful applicants will be responsible for using industrial, flatbed and walking feet sewing machines to assemble load-bearing vests which are used by police and security personnel throughout Australia. Throughout the process of assembly, you will also be responsible for using binding and bar tacking machines to complete the garments. This role is perfectly suited to someone who is looking for further develop their sewing skills with a growing Australian manufacturer. Sew and assemble pre-cut parts, including installation of zips, pockets and pouches on load-bearing vests. Working in a small manufacturing team who are all very passionate about the company they work for.

KEY SKILLS

• 1- 3 years industrial sewing experience


• Enjoy working in a team


• Resident in with the right to work in Australia
