About the role


Retriever Towing (Sydney) Pty Ltd require a Full Time experienced tow truck dispatcher in our busy Wetherill Park office.


Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:



  • Assist the Company drivers with routes and best and most affective ways to complete the jobs.

  • Job allocation to drivers

  • Answering phones/Job bookings

  • Ensure the fleet operates efficiently at all times to minimise costs and time lost

  • General Admin work.

  • Excellent work ethic and customer service skills.

  • Multi-tasking skills with a can-do attitude – attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a demanding work environment – meet deadlines.

  • Experience in driver/fleet allocation an advantage

  • Strong knowledge of the Sydney Metropolitan area is a must.

  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, resolving things efficiently.

  • The ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures.

  • Prior experience within the transport/towing industry preferred

  • Have a high attention to detail and a keen eye for error solving problems.

  • Be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and teammates.

  • Oversee collection of daily runs sheets, driver times.

  • Co-manage operations and allocate vehicles to "work as directed" for our valued clients.

  • Ability to effectively grow relationships with Internal Staff, Customer Accounts & Transport Industry Providers.

  • Experience with RMS regulations and understanding of COR responsibilities.
