Nightshift (pm shifts): Operations / Warehouse supervisor

Role:

• This is a fast paced environment where your problem solving skills will be used at a high pace to ensure delivery of FREIGHT IS ON TIME & ON TEMPERATURE


• Daily planning of freight movements


• Ensuring a high quality is maintained in temperature control


• Monitoring driver performance


• Ensuring drivers are following all company policies 


• Daily reporting and general administration duties


• Liaising with internal departments to ensure all freight requirements are met 


• POD management


• Nightshift Times to be confirmed

Skills and experience

• Fatigue Management & Chain of responsibility knowledge


• You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role


• Minimum HC License


• MC license preferred


• A valid forklift license


• You will have a calmness when working under pressure


• Extensive knowledge of WHS policies & accompanying  procedures 


• Strong communication skills


• Be a Team Player
