Rogers Transport is a family owned business that started in 1985 and is based at Rocklea. As a family business Rogers Transport focuses on developing long term supportive and responsible relationships with our customers and has a reputation for providing superior service to our customers and their clients.

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Forklift Driver. This is a permanent position with the main focus on loading and unloading B-Doubles and PUD vehicles.

Key Duties will include but not limited to:

• Loading and unloading B-Doubles and PUD vehicles.


• Sorting freight and pre-assembling PUD runs.


• Allocation of freight to relevant areas.


• Checking freight to paperwork.


• Depot cleanliness.


• Complete daily forklift pre-start checklist.


• Loading / unloading of containers.


• Accurately complete paperwork


• Scanning of freight.

The minimum requirements for this role are:

• Experience having worked in a busy transport depot, highly regarded.


• A sound knowledge of transport and warehouse operations. 


• Good written and verbal communication skills.


• Problem solving techniques.


• Basic computer skills.


• Ability to work as part of a team to resolve issues, improve processes and efficiency.
