Established in 2013 our high profile Italian-style restaurant in Seddon, the western suburbs of Melbourne. Our reputation is enhanced by our production of real, authentic Italian cooking with a wood-fire oven from Naples burning at 450 degrees. We are accredited by AVPN (Associazione Vera Pizza Naoletana.)
THE ROLES
We require a switched-on EXPERIENCED Floor Manager with at least two years’ experience in running a restaurant. Good communication skills in English are essential and a command of Italian is preferable. The successful candidate will ensure that standards are upheld at all times. You will be a hands-on leader, passionate about food and customer service, confident and outgoing and maintain a positive environment for staff and customers.
An EXPERIENCED Bartender who can make cocktails, serving alcohol and opening bottles of wine. Good communication skills in English and some spoken Italian is desirable. The successful candidate will be dedicated, friendly, reliable and have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. You must hold your responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA.)
An EXPERIENCED Waiter/Waitress. Good communication skills in English and some spoken Italian is desirable. Your resume should detail your experience.
