Job Description

Nugan Estate Pty Ltd has an opportunity for a casual Laboratory Assistant to join their Winery team for the 2021 Vintage.

Duties will include grape and wine analysis, weighbridge operations, sample preparation, and all other Laboratory tasks as directed by the Winemakers and Laboratory Manager.

First aid certificate and / or previous winery experience will be an advantage but is not essential. On the job training will be provided.

Applicants need to have good personal presentation, communication skills, be physically fit, and be willing to work as a member of a small but hard working team.

Overtime and 12 hour shifts may be expected during Vintage.

A current driver’s license and reliable transport is essential.
