Demolition Plus is seeking a Trainee Foreperson/Leading Hand to start immediately. We are offering a hard working individual the personalised training and support in order to gain the skills required to become a Demolition Foreperson. As a trainee foreperson, you will be the daily on-site contact reporting directly the Project Manager. You will need to successfully communicate between various trades on site as well as the management team. You will be responsible for ensuring works are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with company procedures.
KEY SKILLS
Min 1 year experience managing a team on a construction site in Australia
