Site Manager- High End Residential Construction


About us


We are a residential construction company based just outside Melbourne's CBD. We have a tight-knit team of experienced guys working on a number of high-end architectural homes. We work collaboratively on new builds, including basement construction, renovations and extensions with clients, architects and other consultants throughout the design and construction phase to ensure the best outcome for everyone involved. We value our working relationships and pride ourselves on the teams we assemble for each project including our loyal subcontractors we use project after project. Qualifications & experience



  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with a residential builder, preferably with a Site Manager’s background

  • High-end residential construction experience

  • Highly productive and efficient onsite with a can-do attitude and a genuine interest in construction

  • Team player with great leadership and motivational abilities

  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Reliability, punctuality and flexibility

  • Computer literate

  • Ability to commence ASAP


Tasks & responsibilities



  • Supervise the team and assign work priorities

  • Take off and order all materials

  • Conduct structural set out and quality control

  • OHS responsibility

  • Liaise with project stakeholders- architects, clients, subcontractors and suppliers, to discuss and resolve construction matters

  • Problem solving throughout the entire project, finding & offering the best solutions
