About us

NQ Glazing are a well established Townsville glazing company who have grown over the past 20 years. We are proud members of NSSA and AGWA. NQ Glazing relocated into larger premises due to continued growth and now require an additional Glazier to join our team.

Qualifications & experience

• Trade Qualified: Cert III in Glass and Glazing


• A current manual drivers licence


• Industry white card


• Detailed previous industry experience (commercial highly regarded but not essential)


• Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions on site


• High level of safe work practices and attention to detail


• Present well and be able to communicate with customers


• Must have knowledge of Australian Glazing Standards


• Take pride in your workmanship


• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screener

Tasks & responsibilities

• All aspects of residential glass and aluminum products ( commercial knowledge an advantage)


• Installation of all types of external screens (fly / security)


• Installation of internals: shower screens, mirrors & sliding wardrobe doors


• Service and repair a wide range of aluminum and glass products


• Ability to complete thorough calculations and comprehensive measurements


• Deliver a high level of customer service in a professional manner


• Provide high level of communication


• Offer support to manufacturing team


• Aluminum cutting, processing, fabrication and glazing


• Packing goods and materials for transport
