Synthetic Grass & Rubber Surfaces Australia is a well established Safety Surfacing installation company based in Terrey Hills on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We have an excellent reputation for providing synthetic grass and wet pour rubber solutions for commercial and residential applications across NSW and ACT.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Sales Estimator to join our rapidly expanding company. This role would be ideal for a candidate with a landscaping background, or currently working in the rubber/synthetic grass industry wanting to move away from the tools. 

About the role:

• Review tender/client documentation and provide accurate, competitive pricing


• Analyse tender documents and client plans


• Attend site inspections and meetings with clients and sub-contractors


• Understand and interpret client requirements from verbal and written specifications


• Demonstrate products to existing/potential customers to assist them in selecting the products best suited to their needs


• Deliver a high level of customer service


• Assisting our operations team

To be considered for this role you need to demonstrate:

• Proven history of estimating projects in-line with budgets, specifications and timelines


• Landscaping experience (advantage)


• CAD experience (advantage)


• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills is a must


• Ability to read construction plans


• Strong time management and communication skills both written and verbal


• High level of computer literacy


• Valid driver's License


• Valid White Card


• Trust worthy and reliable
