Realm Building Solutions are an Insurance Building & Roof Replacement Specialist offering commercial and residential services.

We are currently seeking an experienced roofing supervisor to assist with the management of large volume and fast paced insurance re-roofing in the Brisbane area. Your collaboration with our already existing small & dynamic team will assist in the on time and seamless delivery of our projects. Previous experience in estimating or project supervision within the insurance industry is highly desirable but not required.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following key duties (including but not limited to):

• Ability to complete roof measures and take offs with an extensive knowledge of roof drainage; with the ability to design custom flashings for commercial and residential applications.


• Able to order materials from local and national suppliers to ensure job is completed within project timeline and budget.


• Autonomously Supervise building repair process and manage OH&S compliance.


• Manage all aspects of individual insurance repair jobs (this involves overseeing a variety of trades at a number of different locations).


• Communicating with the principle contractor.

To be successful for this role you must have the following:

• Qualified Carpenter, Roofer or Builder Certificate III or above.


• Hold a current motor vehicle license and vehicle (Car allowance and fuel included in salary package).


• Be computer proficient and have an understanding of Microsoft Office suite.


• Experience within the construction industry.
