Job Description


Early Childhood Teacher


Essex Heights Juniors Early Learning Centre is a high quality educational setting that is currently rated as ‘Exceeding' in all seven areas of the National Quality Standards. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bachelor or Masters qualified teacher to join their experienced kindergarten team.


This position will be a fantastic opportunity for a new graduate who wants to work under the guidance of an experience kinder teacher for personal and professional development.


This applicant will be required to have a positive approach to working collaboratively in a team environment as well as have the ability to implement a high quality program and effectively document children's learning.


Applicants should demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, flexibility and reliability to be considered for this role as well as display a passion for developing children's learning through warm, responsive interactions with children. As a child safe organisation, educators should also have an awareness of the child safe standards and an understanding of the National Quality Standards and the VEYLDF.

Job requirements:


- Minimum Bachelor/ Masters in Early Childhood Education or equivalent


- First Aid training


- Working with Children's Check


- Fluent in oral and written English.


- Preferably full time availability
