About the Roles

Due to increased workload, we are looking for experienced GP Practice Nurse to join our team and work flexible hour either full-time or part-time. This role will be pivotal working together with GPs and Specialists for delivering complete solutions to enable patients to live life to the fullest. Necessary qualifications include: a sound knowledge of Chronic Disease Management, Triage, Care Plans, Wound Management, Immunisation certificate, Health Care Assessments, communication of results, experience with accreditation and must have good computer skills. Experience with Best Practice and Pracsoft will be a bonus. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisation skills. We need someone who is proactive, takes initiative and is motivated.

You will possess the relevant registrations or accreditation to work as practice nurse
