We are a Cosmetic and general dental practice with state-of-the-art technology looking for a receptionist to join us. You will be working amongst a very friendly supportive team.


Qualifications & experience



  • Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting.

  • Prior reception experience is required


Tasks & responsibilities



  • General reception duties

  • Managing Patient appointments

  • Taking payments using Hicaps

  • Following up with patients via contact and recall lists

  • Data entry

  • Helping with stock ordering

  • Some dental assisting will also be required
