About us


Our beautiful brand new 136 place centre opened in January and our numbers are blossoming, so we are currently seeking experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Educational Assistants to join our staff and help us to create something really special. Our facilities include an art studio, library space, community spaces and an amazing outdoor playground. Positions available in our 2 to 3's age groups. Applicants must have a love of babies and under 3's.  High energy is a must!  With additional staff numbers in each room, these roles are for people who truly value best practice, and want to work collaboratively in a harmonious team environment.


Qualifications & experience



  • Must hold a minimum qualification of Certificate III Children's Services. Working towards Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is favoured.

  • Experience in Early Childhood Education setting preferred

  • Current Positive Notice Qld Blue Card

  • Must have eligibility and right to work in Australia

  • A sound level of written communication and strong verbal communication skills

  • Confidence in building strong connections with children, parents, families and other staff

  • Ability to observe and record children's learning and contribute to their educational portfolios and documentation under the guidance of Lead Educators


Tasks & responsibilities



  • Assist Lead Educators and ECT's in creating a warm and welcoming learning environment and providing support to the program.

  • Interacting, monitoring and supervising children in our care.

  • Maintaining a safe, clean and healthy environment at the centre.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our programs, and work under the general direction of Lead Educators.

  • Work with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the day to day running of the centre in accordance with our policies and procedures

  • Assisting in implementing a consistent daily routine; helping with planning and observations and enhancing our programs with your own skills and talents.

  • Meeting the needs of children in our care, including toileting, feeding, bottle preparation and personal care requirements.

  • Develop positive and nurturing relationships with children, parents and other staff.
