Job Description

Due to continual growth, we are looking to hire a Drainage Supervisor who must be a qualified plumber to become part of our successful team. 


We are professional in what we do with strong focuses on quality and safety.


Operating in the South East - Pakenham, Officer, Clyde, Cranbourne, Keysborough, and surrounding areas.


To be successful for a position you must:


Hold a recognized General Plumbing trade qualification, with experience in all aspects of sewer and stormwater installation.


Have civil drainage and construction of civil drainage pit experience


Have a construction induction (white card)


MUST hold current manual drivers license 


Be able to use cloud based field technology


Have attention to detail


Be punctual and reliable


Be able to manage your time effectively and prioritise


Be quality driven and competent to complete jobs according to plans and specifications


Take pride in your work and personal presentation


Non Essential Skills - Desirable


Hold a current MR truck license


Hold a current excavator license, with previous experience in excavation in relation to sewer and stormwater drainage.


The Role


Management of all schedule allocation in relation to drainage stage works, including communication with customers directly, processing booking requests and allocation within schedule software.


Liaise with fellow employees, third parties, customers, principal contractors and other trades in relation to drainage allocation within schedule.


Carries out tasks in an organised, professional and efficient manner.


Management of field staff completing installation of sewer and stormwater drainage to new residential properties.


Management of field staff completing Installation of sewer and stormwater civil drainage works.


Provide high quality training to field staff in line with qualification


Conduct post audit inspections


Complete all required paperwork and administrative tasks in a format that is 100% complete, clear, and accurate and that can be presented to the Principal builders


Promote safety in the workplace


Undertake other relevant duties as directed, consistent with skills, competence and training


Assesses and implements OH&S measures to carry out all processes safely.
