Job Description

We are seeking an experienced person to assist with Office Administration.  MYOB experience is necessary.  This is a casual position three days a week during school hours. Immediate start.


COMPANY PROFILE


Akwika Plant Hire supplies a wide range of excavator, tipper, bobcat and combo hire equipment and accessories to civil and construction companies across throughout South-East Queensland, taking pride in our customer interactions.


THE ROLE


This position is a flexible one for three days a week during school hours, allowing a good work-life balance.  No weekends.  The role will include the following:



  • Answering phones

  • MYOB – administrative support for accounts

  • Assisting in various daily operations

  • Data entry

  • Communicating & liaising with clients 

  • General clerical tasks.


KEY SKILLS



  • Experience with MYOB

  • Computer literate – Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Excellent communication skills in clear English

  • Resident in Australia

  • Working rights for Australia

  • Punctual and reliable
