Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist for a casual part-time position leading to permanent with variable hours South of the River in Perth.

THE ROLE

This is a part-time position three times a week 8.5 hours with alternative Saturdays and no Sunday work.  The successful applicant will be familiar with the Microsoft Suite, and preferably with the Best Practice software. There is free parking onsite. Age is no barrier.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior receptionist experience is essential


• Familiar with EFTPOS and computer literate


• Own reliable transport


• Clear communication skills in English


• Good customer skills and a professional telephone manner


• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy


• Ability to work with a diverse variety of patients


• A knowledge of Medicare and Private Health Funds will be an advantage


• Resident in with the right to work in Australia
