Working alongside the head chef you will be responsible for, general running of the a la carte kitchen in the head chefs absence, stock control and ordering, labour control, event management and organizing,

To be successful you will have
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sous chef roll
- The ability to work in a busy environment
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft office and computer literacy
- Good knowledge and adherence to Workplace Health & Safety policies
