About us

Gloryland Early Learning Mitcham is a family-owned business operating out of a purpose-built centre. We cater for children from 6 months to 6 years old and have a strong focus on developing our children's love of learning, so that they can become passionate and compassionate leaders of tomorrow.We're looking for a range of energetic and enthusiastic educators, experienced in various age groups to join our team. We would love to have team members who are flexible with changes, willing to try new things and thrives in a team environment.

Qualifications & experience

• A current Working with Children Check 


• Relevant ECEC certificates (Cert 3 or Diploma)


• A friendly and positive attitude


• Excellent time management and verbal communication skills


• At least 2 years' experience working in a child care setting will be highly regarded

Tasks & responsibilities

• Support our indoor/outdoor program and practice, contributing to program planning and documentation


• Provide attentive care towards children's individual health and wellbeing


• Ensure safe and hygienic handling of food and drinks, keeping in mind children's various dietary requirements


• Maintain positive relationships with families and children as well as fellow colleagues


• Part-Time hours from Monday to Friday (minimum availabilities of 4 days a week preferred)
