Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are actively seeking applications for our next Customer Service Rep to join our Brisbane team based in Tingalpa.


About the Role


Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the development & execution of business accounts.


The role will require the following;



  • Accurate processing of inbound customer orders via phone, email, web, fax

  • Advise customers of our diverse product range and price trends.

  • Overall daily management of 100 plus site accounts

  • Receiving and follow through to closing of all Customer accounts across QLD

  • Liaising with all relevant Superior food branches, our suppliers and QSR customers as a key point of contact.

  • Assist State Key Account Manager and National Account Manager with customer queries and requirements

  • Regular liaison with Sales, Warehouse and Purchasing departments.

  • Generating weekly/monthly reports in Ms-Excel.

  • Other administrative tasks as and when required.


All about you:



  • Prior experience working as a Customer Service preferably in food service industry will be highly regarded.

  • Exemplary communications skills both written & verbal.

  • Great phone manners

  • Great team player with customer-centric approach.

  • Intermediate to advance level of expertise in Ms-Excel.

  • Hands on experience in using pronto (desirable)
