Domestic and Commercial works
We have a great opportunity for a metal roofing estimator to join our team!
A long-established family business, H&L Constructions has been in operation since 2009 and has grown to become a leading domestic and commercial metal roofing company in Queensland with projects serviced from the Gold Coast to Harvey Bay out to Toowoomba and Ipswich. This Metal Roofing Estimator role will be base in Caloundra West.
The successful candidate will be an experienced metal roofing estimator who has construction experience.
Duties will include:
Estimating domestic and commercial job costings and submitting tenders
Liaising with suppliers to build relationships
Liaising with builders, contract administrators and other stakeholders
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:
A strong attention to detail
Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
Effective time management
Have metal roofing estimating experience
A high level and sound knowledge of MS Office applications
Expansive knowledge of the roofing industry
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on experience and knowledge.
