Job Description
Nulla Contracting is seeking Graduate Project Engineer / Site Engineer for subdivision projects located in the South East Queensland region. We’re undergoing a period of rapid growth and development as a team and company and looking for the right people to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
The role will suit those with detailed knowledge of civil works. Importantly, the processes and methodology involved in building subdivisions. Assistance will be provided to help grow within a very friendly and team-orientated group, while enjoying the rewards of building on some already solid foundations.
Concentrated around subdivision, council and infrastructure works in support of client delivery objectives, you will be given control, with assistance from other senior management in achieving construction outcomes.
Providing support to the Project Manager and Site Foreman.
Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
Oversee construction planning, programming and completion schedules
Manage and liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers
Cost management and reporting
Management of site activities
Qualifications:
Your experience will include a minimum of one to two years' experience in civil construction as a Project/Site Engineer. Ideally, you will have subdivision project experience. You should be able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team of people in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
Experience with Excel spreadsheets and understanding of costings for project.
