Job Description


CFT Security is seeking an Administration Superstar, for their security operation in Mackay, Qld.


This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious individual to be part of a growing security company in the Mackay region. 


Main Duties involve:



  • Payroll

  • BAS and tax reporting

  • Accounts payable & Receivable

  • Daily reconciliations

  • Cash Handling


The ideal Applicant must have:



  • Minimum 3 years in an accounts role including payroll

  • Ideally experienced in EXO accounting program or have the proven ability to rapidly learn the program.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (word & Excel)

  • Be proactive and willing to multi-skill

  • Work well as part of a team and unsupervised

  • Open manual driver's licence.
