About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full-Time Architect or Architectural Graduate for a role focused on specialist consultant coordination, documentation (using Revit), construction detailing, specification writing, responding to contractor queries, and Contract Administration.

Salary Guide: $80K-$100K plus superannuation (depending on experience and credentials).

You will be working collaboratively with an enthusiastic and talented team in the design, documentation, and delivery of a variety of projects ranging from small refurbishment projects through to $10M+ building and Master Planning projects.

Key duties will include:

• Contribute to and promote our collaborative and collegiate office culture 


• Proactively maintain excellent relationships and strong communication with consultants, contractors, and clients


• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of architectural services with a particular focus on specialist consultant coordination, documentation (using Revit), construction detailing, specification writing, responding to contractor queries, and Contract Administration


• Coordinate the iterative checking of the design against client objectives, budget, program, authority requirements, codes, standards, and constructability requirements 

About You

• You have extensive local experience (5+ years post-grad) in similar roles


• You can work easily with others, as well as autonomously


• You are tenacious and optimistic


• You are concise and articulate


• You learn rapidly and eagerly


• You maintain calm poise in stressful situations 


• You can balance multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities


• You work efficiently, finding time to streamline, simplify, prioritise, and delegate


• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Revit


• You have references/referees attesting to the above


• You hold a Driver’s Licence
