Qualifications & experience

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling you to deal effectively with the business partners, broker team and clients

  • A strong sense of accountability, willingness to take ownership and drive resolution of issues

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Highly organised and proficient at multi-tasking

  • PC literacy and as a minimum basic level on all Microsoft Office products

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls

  • Ensure all deals meet compliance regulations

  • Perform spot check audits on current applications

  • Liaise with all office staff and brokers

  • Meet strict EOM time frames

  • Data entry

  • 5 Days a week approx 20 - 25hours
