Job Description

Our two services, Eastwood Early Education (Herries St, Toowoomba) and Wyreema Early Education (Umbiram Rd, Wyreema) are family owned and operated, purpose built services.

We are looking to expand our group of full time, part time and casual educators who are passionate about early childhood. Those who hold or are studying Cert 3 or Diploma, and have a current blue card are welcome to apply.

About our Centres:

• Eastwood: Opening hours 6.00am to 6.00pm


• Wyreema: Opening hours 6.30am to 6.30pm


• Owned by the same family since construction, for over 10 years


• Fun loving and supportive team


• Work with skilled Directors and a great Management team


• On-site parking


• Casual, Full & Part Time Permanent positions available

Applicants require:

• Hold or studying towards Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA recognized qualifications


• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard


• Exceptional knowledge of safety and wellbeing


• Passionate Educators who are driven by their desire to provide quality learning experiences


• Willingness to learn and be a part of the team


• Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual


• Inclusion experience favourable
