Job Description


We are a rapidly growing family business with over 25 years’ experience in the design, manufacture and distribution of Umbrellas and Marquees for residential, trade and commercial customers. We are seeking a super-organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team.


The Role:


Your primary role will be to provide support to the Operations Manager. This includes answering sales enquiries (by phone & email), processing orders, chasing payments and organising deliveries. You must be able to work within a small team environment and have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).  We’re a seasonal business so you’ll be very busy during the peak summer period and must work well under pressure.


Key Responsibilities & Duties:



  • Answering phones, responding to emails and web enquiries

  • Order Processing, Invoicing & Payments

  • Purchase Orders to Suppliers

  • Arranging customer installations & deliveries

  • Assist with lead generation

  • General office duties

  • Ad-hoc tasks & special projects


Qualifications & Skills:



  • Excellent written & verbal communication (essential)

  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (essential)

  • Previous experience with invoicing software such as MYOB (preferred but not essential)

  • Previous experience with CRM software such as Salesforce/Zoho (preferred but not essential)

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar customer service or administration role is preferred

  • Experience in the outdoor furniture, promotional products or printing industry will be highly regarded

Salary & Benefits:



  • $52,500 - $57,500 PA depending on your skills & experience.

  • Great office environment within the green and leafy Woodlands industrial precinct with ample free on site parking.
