Job Description


Based in the North West of Melbourne, Clem Tech is a market leader, at the forefront of service to the commercial food industry and we are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic full-time Receptionist/Customer Service Administrator to join our small team in Tullamarine.


Assisting the service and accounts, departments your day to day accountabilities will include but not be limited to:



  • Answering calls and providing first class, customer service to new and existing customers

  • Sending emails and setting up new customers in our database

  • Scanning invoices and reconciling supplier statements

  • Filing and maintaining the administration filing system

  • Updating fuel records and ordering fuel as required

  • Assisting the accounts team as required

  • Adhoc general administration as required


The successful applicant will be customer service focused and have a positive disposition. You should have a practical mindset and a willingness to take direction and learn new processes.


To ensure your success in this role you will have:



  • Exceptional customer service and a confident phone manner

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work within a team

  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.


This is an entry level position and will suit someone who wants to enter the workforce and work towards building an administrative career. Full database training will be provided and being a quick learner will be highly advantageous.
