We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager for our Oakleigh depot who is experienced in logistics and operations. Age is no barrier.

We specialize in home moves, office moves and secure storage units and larger shipping containers. Our services are across the whole of Melbourne and country areas.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will have drive, motivation and work towards productivity of the business
Managing the daily operations including procurement, scheduling, coordination and monitoring of all movements
Ensuring that the fleet is operating to maximum efficiency and capacity
Develop and maintain an efficient crew rostering system to meet work demands and targets
Producing computer-generated reports
KEY SKILLS
At least 2 years’ experience in the transport industry – freight, delivery and logistics in a similar role
Resident in Australia with working rights (the position is in Melbourne)
