Tasks & Responsibilities

• Quoting repairs for vehicles including insurance work


• Liaising with customers, insurers, suppliers and assessors while maintaining good working relationships


• Ensuring high level of customer service is maintained


• Auditing vehicles upon arrival and on completion for hand over to customer


• Maintaining day to day smooth running of shop

Qualifications & experience

• Very high customer service skills 


• Previous experience in workshop manager role 


• Automotive and smash repair industry knowledge 


• Motivated and reliable
