At Minnows Early Learning Aspendale Gardens, we are looking for a passionate Bachelor Qualified Early Childhood Educator for our beautiful, family-owned early learning centre. This position is a full time/part-time, running our Three Year Old Early Childhood program.

Our ideal applicants should have,

• A warm and welcoming disposition


• Sound knowledge of the VEYLDF and the NQF.


• Observe, plan and implement an inquiry-based curriculum approach


• A strong and effective communicator who is team orientated.


• Ability to lead the program creatively and independently.


• Willingness to identify, plan and engage in professional learning


• Experience working in a Long Day Care environment, but not essential.

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent recognised qualification
