GreenWood Landscape Management is a Sunshine Coast based commercial landscaping company with an office based in Caloundra. Our current clients include local and state government, Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, as well as private development companies and Councils. 

Due to increasing demand and expansion on the Sunshine Coast, we are looking to fill various roles. The roles involve the hands-on delivery of hard and soft landscaping working on civil and commercial projects based in and around Caloundra, Noosa & North Lakes. 

The positions we are seeking to fill are: 

• Foreman, with minimum 3 years’ experience in the role


• Leading Hands


• Labourers


• Junior Landscaper or those looking for an apprenticeship within the industry


• Experienced Maintenance Staff able to work independently to maintain newly completed projects


• Suitable to those looking for variety and wanting to develop or further enhance their skill set and have a positive attitude

We are looking for people who can provide evidence, through work experience and references with the following:

• Hard landscaping and civil experience (base preparation, laying pavers, concreting, stone work, installing play equipment, outdoor furniture, drainage and more)


• Soft landscaping skills (planting trees and plants, laying turf, spreading soils mulch, irrigation)


• Familiar with WH&S in the construction industry and has experience contributing to a safety-compliant work site


• Have relevant trade licenses or currently undertaking trade courses or willing to get a certification


• An excellent eye for detail


• Whitecard essential or willing to obtain a Whitecard


• Truck, Skidsteer, Excavator and Traffic Management tickets an advantage
