Lara Smile Group offers a new, purpose built practice, with state of the art facilities using technologies such as EMS Air Flow, intra-oral scanners and OPG/CBCT x-ray facilities.  Our team have been delivering comprehensive dentistry for over 25 years and are passionate about providing personalised care to patients. For 20 of those years our OHT/Hygiene team has played an integral role in achieving this. 

The collaborative approach of our clinicians in providing exceptional care to our patients is fundamental to our overall practice approach. As a senior lecturer in Orthodontics for POS, our Principal Dentist is committed to professional development. He also has extensive training in all areas of dentistry including implant treatment and offers a unique opportunity for mentoring.

Our team philosophy is to ensure patients are provided with all treatment options and allow them to make informed choices. We pride ourselves on offering the highest standards of customised care and an exceptional patient experience at every visit.

The Opportunity 

We are searching for an OHT or Hygienist who strives for excellence in patient care. The role offers flexibility with up to 4 days of clinical time available. 

Our patient base consists of all age groups and our OHT’s confidently practice both dental therapy and dental hygiene services and perform a full range of procedures within their scope of practice.

The successful applicant will:

• have a patient oriented approach with a genuine passion for exceptional patient care


• have clinical proficiency with a mature attitude


• have a willingness and ability to discuss and support dentists’ treatment plans with patients

Qualifications & experience

• Must be registered as an OHT/Hygienist with AHPRA with no restrictions & hold a current radiation license.


• Must have own indemnity insurance. 


• Hold (or willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check


• Have a proven track record of punctuality and reliability
