Job Description


We are seeking a part-time Experienced Bookkeeper with experience in the building industry for our office in Hoppers Crossing. Note the skills required below.

THE ROLE


Having worked as a bookkeeper-administrator in the building industry, the successful applicant will be the face of the company proficient in Microsoft Suite especially Excel and also QuickBooks. Excellent communication skills in English are essential as are administrative skills. The work will include plumbing approvals, scheduling, pricing, preparation of bookkeeping for lodgement with the accountant and other administrative and organizational tasks.


This will be a part-time position beginning at 8 am five days a week. Applicants should not have commitments that will prevent them from being at work during business hours. Times can be flexible to be agreed upon prior to taking the position with an earlier start a possibility. Work will be alone in our office.  


KEY SKILLS



  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Experience working in the building industry 

  • Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks

  • Ability to work independently

  • Resident in with the right to work in Australia
