About us

Working at Altaphotoca, you will meet creative Artists and photographers who have a variety of Picture Framing needs,making the job different on a day to day basis.We do very little mass production,so there is little repetition in the job. We also deal with the general public and do corporate jobs. The Shopfront and workshop are located on busy Oxford st between a number of cafes and other small businesses,5 mins walk from Bondi Junction Train Station.

Qualifications & experience

• Experienced Picture Framer preferred,needs to have experience in all aspects of the trade,from cutting to joining and mounting.Measuring artwork,frame construction to completion of job.


• Minimum 3 years experience in the trade preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Applicant will need to be able to produce a picture frame from beginning to end.From initial measurements to finally adding D rings and wire.


• Will need to be able to work autonomously unsupervised at times.Will just be working with Manager of the business,some sales experience with customers would also be and advantage,if manager is unavailable to serve.
