We are seeking for an experienced Chef, in a Licensed Modern Italian restaurant, specialising in preparing wholesome meals made in house. Great Work environment.

The Role

Be able to assist with sourcing quality ingredients, maintain the restaurant’s menu, be aware of OHS, be able to prepare both popular Italian and European meals, and be able to work in the kitchen with a team. Wage is negotiable based on level of experience .

Key skills and Requirements:

• Living in Australia with an easy reach to Windsor Melbourne
• Experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
• Expertise in Italian and European cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
