Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all visitors and staff while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor and patrol the shopping centre to deter and detect any suspicious activities.
– Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
– Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and concerns.
– Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
– Maintain accurate records of incidents and activities.
– Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in the security industry preferred.
– Valid security license, first aid certification and Responsible Service of Alcohol.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
– Basic computer literacy for report writing.
– A keen eye for detail and strong observational skills.
