- Sanitation and Safety: Following proper food safety and hygiene practices to prevent contamination. This includes keeping work areas clean, storing food properly, and adhering to health regulations.
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of ingredients and supplies, including managing stock levels, and assisting with ordering as needed.

We are seeking an Experienced cook with approx. 3rd year app skill level to cook F/T in a production kitchen.. Full time position available. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 7am to 1.30pm. Large volume cooking in 500ltr and 250ltr kettles. Full training provided. Starting salary $55kp/a, neg after training period. Immediate start.
