We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Part time position available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Office Duties
  • Attending to emails
  • creating client invoices
  • Inputting purchase invoices
  • Generating Reports
  • Assisting with Bank Reconciliation
  • Assist other staff with technical and administrative tasks as needed
  • Filing

Requirements:

  • Living in Australia with easy reach to MURARRIE BRISBANE
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
  • Have knowledge using Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • MYOB and Fire Industry an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
