We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Screen Fabricator / Saw Operator to contribute to the production of our products, ensuring precision, durability, and excellence in every piece we produce. Casual rate between $23 and $35 plus super depending on experience and age. 6am to 2:30pm. 6am to 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble security screens, doors, and frames using manual and automated tools.
• Operate saws, including aluminum extrusion saws, to cut materials to specified dimensions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to meet product specifications.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Maintain equipment, including saws and other fabrication tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Perform quality checks on completed products to ensure accuracy and durability.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Must be living in Australia witn an easy reach to Currumbin Waters QLD
• Previous experience in metal fabrication, specifically with security screens or similar products.
• Proficiency in operating saws, power tools, and other fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
